WRITE UP SERVICE
For those businesses that are too small to employ an in house bookkeeper, but have too many transactions for an owner/manager to handle, write-up services offers a compromise. We go to the client's office, pick up their bookkeeping information including checkbook registers, cancelled checks, bank statements, invoices, deposits, payroll records and vendor bills. We then take them back to our office and input the data into our secure accounting system (QuickBooks). We review the data entered by printing financial reports and finalize these reports in a professional portfolio. Write-up services can be done monthly, quarterly and bi-annually. This helps the small business owner know their financial position throughout the year without having to hire an in-house bookkeeper.

We offer an off-site bookkeeping service as well. In this instance, we pick up our client's data and prepare the checks, invoices, and vendor bills at our office. We then re-deliver the checks we have written and the invoices that we generated so that our client can review them and send them out. Some of our clients have us mail out payments and invoices on their behalf.

TRAINING AND CONSULTING
After reviewing your business bookkeeping system, we advise on the best solution to make that system work better. We identify the weaknesses and design a new procedure system (presented in a binder) that will allow your business to operate more efficiently. Many of our clients have benefited from this service.

QUICKBOOKS SET-UP AND INSTALLATION
Get it right the first time. We will set you up correctly with Quickbooks, preventing problems down the road.
